Where is Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co located?
844 NY-211, Middletown, NY 10941. We're in the same building as Welcome Food Mart, in the Sunoco gas station lot. From the road, look for the Middletown Indoor Cannabis panel on the Sunoco price sign. Phone: (845) 239-4448.
Which door is the dispensary?
Facing the building from the lot, our entrance is on the left: the double glass door under the gable that says Middletown Indoor, with a neon "Dispensary Open" sign in the window. Welcome Food Mart, with the tractor logo, is to the right. See the photo with both doors marked.
What are your store hours?
Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday 10am to 8pm, Eastern time. The sign at the top of our homepage shows whether we're open right now.
Where do I park?
Anywhere in the shared Sunoco lot. Parking is free, and there are spaces directly in front of our door, so you don't need to park at the pumps.
Can I get gas and food on the same trip?
Yes. The Sunoco pumps are right out front, and Welcome Food Mart (with its Deli & Grille) is in the same building. Plenty of customers fill up, grab a coffee, and stop in with us before heading back out on Route 211.
Buying Cannabis
Do I need to be 21 to shop here?
Yes. We're an adult-use dispensary, so everyone who comes in has to be 21 or older. Our team checks ID at the door.
What kind of ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that shows your date of birth, such as a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. Expired IDs and photos of IDs can't be accepted.
How much cannabis can I buy at once?
New York lets adults 21 and older possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis. We can't complete a sale that would go over those limits.
How can I pay?
Cash is accepted in store. When you order ahead online, checkout shows the payment options available for your order, including paying when you pick up.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because of state cannabis rules, sales are generally final. If something you bought is defective, bring it to the counter with your receipt and we'll take a look.
Ordering Ahead for Pickup
How does ordering ahead work?
Browse our online menu, add products to your cart, and place your order for pickup. When you arrive, come to the counter, show your ID, and pay if you didn't pay online.
Does someone else's ID work for my pickup order?
No. The person picking up has to be 21 or older and show a valid ID matching the name on the order.
Do you offer delivery?
Right now we offer in-store shopping and order-ahead pickup. Watch Pump Alerts for news if that changes.
Is the price online the same as in the store?
Our website and online menu pull from the same live menu we use in the store. Prices and stock can change during the day, and the final price is confirmed when you check out.

What do you carry?
Flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and all-in-one pens, concentrates, edibles, beverages, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. You can browse by category or see the full live menu.
Why "indoor" in the name?
Our name comes from indoor-grown cannabis. Plants grown in a controlled room under steady light and climate tend to produce more consistent flower from one harvest to the next, and that's what we focus on stocking. The dot grid in our logo is modeled on the LED bulbs of an indoor grow light.
Where can I find current deals?
Every active special is listed on our specials page and in the deals section of our homepage, both pulled live from the menu. Each deal shows its end date.
How do I hear about new products?
New arrivals show up in the "New" rows on our homepage as soon as our team adds them to the menu. To get them in your inbox, sign up for Pump Alerts at the bottom of the homepage.
Rules & Safe Use
Can I smoke in the parking lot?
No. Cannabis use isn't allowed anywhere on the property, including the shared lot and the gas station. New York law also prohibits smoking or vaping cannabis in a vehicle, even when it's parked.
I'm new to edibles. How much should I take?
Start with 2.5 to 5mg of THC and wait a full two hours before taking more, since edibles can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in. Our budtenders can help you pick a low-dose product.
