You can browse this website without giving us your name, email, or phone number. Here is everything the site itself stores or receives:

This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. It does not use advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or share it for that purpose. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Services that load on this website
To show the site, your browser connects to a few outside services. Each receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of normal web traffic:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- Lodestar Digital, our web developer, runs the click and scroll measurement, the product finder, and the accessibility toolbar described above. The toolbar's built-in dictionary looks up a word with dictionaryapi.dev only when you ask it to.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used, as described above. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Carrot, our e-commerce provider, supplies the live specials and product information, and product images are served from its media storage.
Links to Google Maps and Apple Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Online ordering
When you browse our menu or place an order ahead for pickup, our e-commerce provider, Carrot, processes the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, date of birth, order details, and account login. We use it to prepare your order, contact you about it, and keep the records the law requires.
Payment options are shown at checkout. If you pay online, the payment provider you choose processes your payment details; we do not store full card or bank numbers on this website.
In-store visits and ID checks
New York requires licensed cannabis retailers to verify that every customer is 21 or older and to keep certain sales records. We check a valid government-issued photo ID on every visit, and transaction records are kept as state rules require.
Email and text messages
If you join Pump Alerts or opt in to text alerts, we will send you news, menu drops, and offers. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything.
- Email: every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You'll get one final message confirming your opt-out. We don't charge for texts, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How we use and share information
We use information to run the website, take and fill orders, answer questions, send messages you asked for, keep the store and site secure, and meet our legal obligations as a licensed retailer.
We share it only with service providers who help us do those things (like the hosting, e-commerce, payment, and messaging providers named above), with regulators or law enforcement when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Cookies and browser storage: you can clear or block them in your browser settings. If you block the age cookie, you'll be asked to confirm your age on each visit.
- Analytics: to stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies from google-analytics.com.
- Marketing: unsubscribe from email at any time, or reply STOP to texts.
- Access, correction, or deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Some records, like required sales records, must be kept for the period state rules require.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with modern security headers, and we limit who can access customer information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as New York law requires.
Age requirement
This website and our store are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
