These terms apply to your use of middletownindoor.com, operated by 14707 45th LLC, doing business as Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co ("we," "us"), license OCM-RETL-25-000304. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 21 or older

This site and our store are only for adults 21 and older. By using the site you confirm that you are 21 or older. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every purchase and every pickup, with no exceptions.

Information on this site

Everything here, including product descriptions and the "Good to know" tips, is general information for adults. It is not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a healthcare provider about cannabis and your health, especially if you're pregnant or nursing or take other medications.

Menu, prices, and availability

Specials and product lists on this site are pulled live from our menu and refresh regularly, but stock moves fast. Prices, potency, and availability can change without notice, and the final price is confirmed at checkout. If we find an error in a listing, we may correct it and cancel affected orders.

Specials run until their posted end date or while supplies last. Each special may have its own conditions, and promotions generally can't be combined with other discounts unless the offer says so.

Order ahead and pickup

• Orders placed online are reservations for in-store pickup at 844 NY-211. You pay and pick up during store hours.
• The person picking up must show valid ID that matches the name on the order and confirms they're 21 or older.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that can't be verified, appear to be for resale, or would exceed legal limits.
• New York limits how much adult-use cannabis an adult may possess, currently up to 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of concentrated cannabis. We won't complete a sale above the legal limit.
• Because of state rules, cannabis sales are generally final. If a product is defective, talk to us at the counter.

Store and lot rules

• No cannabis use anywhere on the premises, including the shared parking lot.
• New York law prohibits smoking or vaping cannabis in a vehicle, and driving while impaired is illegal.
• Products are for personal use only. Reselling cannabis bought from us is illegal.
• Keep products in their original packaging and out of reach of children and pets.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping or automated ordering, no attempts to break its security, and no use that violates the law. We may block access for anyone who does.

Our content

The site's design, text, photos, video, and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but don't copy or reuse our content commercially without permission. Brand names and product images belong to their owners.

Other services

Online ordering is provided by our e-commerce provider, Carrot, and the site links to services like Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York consumer law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
